Cannot send logs to support : WPBackItUp Support

When you are trying to send logs to support and the support page is grayed out or you see a message that says

* Please register your version of WPBackItUp for access to support.

You can go back to the backup page add your name and email address

Note: If you need further assistance please submit a request through WPBackItUp Support Portal and open a support ticket.
