How do I renew my license?
You can renew your license by logging into your WPBackItUp Account. There you will find a list of all your licensed products with links to renew.
Do you offer discounts on license renewals?
Yes, we sincerely appreciate your business and offer existing customers significant discounts when they renew. Renewal discounts are automatically applied at checkout but act fast because they’re only available for a short time.
Will my backups stop working when my license expires?
No! If your license expires, your backups will continue to work unless something changes with WordPress. However, you will no longer have access to product updates and support resources.
What do I get with my renewed license?
Your renewal allows you continued access to all of our support resources, documentation and product updates for one calendar year from your purchase date. Professional license holders will receive priority support.
Are licenses good for a lifetime?
No, each license is good for one calendar year from the date of purchase. We offer substantially discounted renewal prices for our loyal customers but act fast because these discounts are only available for a limited time.
Do you offer refunds on license renewals?
No, we offer refunds for 30 days after your initial purchase but if you are renewing then you have been with us for at least a year and the 30 day refund is no longer applicable.
